CedarCoast purchased the existing cottage in April, 2024, clearly recognizing its potential as an extended family retreat. The property features a quiet setting with beautiful views of Muldrew Lake.  Within just a few months, a generous application of CedarCoast's signature design, craftsmanship and construction expertise has worked magic to lift this project far above the expected.

The layout includes the main cottage, complete with two bunkies, a double-wide boathouse and a detached garage. There are multiple decks on a variety of levels, each showing expansive views down the lake.

The cottage itself is fully winterized with heating and air conditioning. The bunkies provide additional living and bedroom options for visiting family members and guests...  everything an extended family could wish for in a Muskoka retreat!
