You might be finding yourself sharing photos of charming cottages with family or friends. You may be thinking near term or far into your family's future.

Perhaps your first call is simply to chat. We understand how important this first conversation can be and the hesitation that sometimes comes into play. We have been repeatedly told, "You're not like other builders."

Encouraging callers to be at ease is important to us. When people feel free to discuss, in a private setting, their ideas and dreams are revealed. Before we get involved in the 'how', let's use these fresh, first thoughts to kick start the discussion. We like to remember at the end, what customers tell us in the beginning.
